About Ideanode
Hi, I'm Sean Porter, and I started Ideanode in 1999. Since incorporating in 2002, Ideanode has quickly grown to a full-service hosting company with a great community of creators ("users" just doesn't sound right). My overriding mission is to make sure that Ideanode provides a solid foundation to build great stuff.
I've had a lifelong love of technology, specifically technology focused on communication. Before leaving to focus full-time on Ideanode in the middle of 2004, I designed large-scale web content mangement systems for some of the world's largest publishers at one of the premier developers of publishing software, Quark.
