Ruby Updated

Ruby was updated to version 1.8.2, along with Rails 0.9.3.

I’ll most likely startup gem_server in the next few days at a certain URL so you can always see which gems are installed and their associated RDoc.

As for proper Rails support with FastCGI, it’s coming. Not quite there yet.
