<item><title>Unplanned Maintenance 5/11</title>
<description>	&lt;p&gt;At approximately 10:00pm on 5/11, we were performing a routine drive replacement on a RAID array that powered the mail database and a number of shared hosting customers.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately during the replacement the RAID became unavailable, which meant that we needed to restore from a backup taken late 5/10 which we did.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#8217;re currently in the process of bringing the old RAID back online and will update this post when more information is available.&lt;/p&gt;

<item><title>Credit Card Charges</title>
<description>	&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.marqueehq.com/"&gt;Marquee Ticketing&lt;/a&gt; a subsidiary of Ideanode, Inc., recently switched payment processors. Unfortunately do to an error with payment partner the credit card descriptor line was set to &amp;#8216;Ideanode&amp;#8217; instead of &amp;#8216;Marquee Ticketing.&amp;#8217;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;If you&amp;#8217;ve recently made a purchase for tickets to the &lt;a href="http://concerts.botanicgardens.org"&gt;Denver Botanic Gardens Summer Concert Series&lt;/a&gt; or the &lt;a href="http://www.monolithfestival.com"&gt;Monolith Festival&lt;/a&gt; or from &lt;a href="http://www.nipp.com"&gt;NIPP.com&lt;/a&gt; this is the reason for the charge.&lt;/p&gt;

<item><title>Emergency Power Maintenance Apr 17, 2008</title>
<description>	&lt;p&gt;This evening between 10:30PM and 11:59PM MDT we&amp;#8217;re going to re-route power for many of the Ideanode servers, necessitating a reboot. We may see interruptions in service to both the email and web hosting, we&amp;#8217;re working to minimize things as much as possible.&lt;/p&gt;

<item><title>Mail Server Upgrades 1/4/08</title>
<description>	&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#8217;ll be making some upgrades to one of the main mail servers tonight between 10pm-12am MST. Total expected downtime is under 10 minutes, if anything changes we&amp;#8217;ll make an additional note here.&lt;/p&gt;

<item><title>Email Slowdown on 4/11/07</title>
<description>	&lt;p&gt;There was an email slowdown yesterday, April 11th late morning/early afternoon.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;There was an issue with the virus scanning software, many emails were queued for up to a half hour at a time, once we corrected the issue they all went through.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#8217;ve been keeping extra close watch today at the performance and everything is back to normal, if you notice anything odd please open a &lt;a href="http://www.ideanode.com/support"&gt;Support Issue&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
